10:30AM - ZUMBA Enjoy a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance!

10:50 KIZOMBA - Kizomba is an African partner dance, with a tango-like embrace and lots of room to move your hips and enjoy the fun and dynamic music.

11:15AM - WERQ A wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip hop music.

11:30AM BREAK FOR LUNCH Enjoy Lunch provided by Board N' Bacon and a beverage from 20 Deep Winery!

12:15PM LEARN SHE ROARS Signature Dance Routine!

12:40PM AFRO BEATS Music and Dance form using West African highlife sounds with American, Funk, Jazz, and Soul Influences.

1:15PM VXN- VXN is a dance fitness brand focused on improving the physical & mental wellness of women. By incorporating trending choreography, musical remixes, and atmospheric lighting, we’re able to replicate the live stage experience to promote a fun, fast-paced, communal workout experience.
