We’ve always been obsessed with charcuterie—whipping up meat and cheese boards for friends and family just for the fun of it. With Pete’s background as a trained chef and proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), we realized we could turn our love for food into something truly special: creating boards that are not only delicious but also total works of art.
Board’N’Bacon is all about family. Our kids, Paisley Mae and Quinlan William, are the heart and soul behind why we started this business. You could even call Board’N’Bacon a true “COVID baby.” During the pandemic, we felt a deep need to help people reconnect—bringing loved ones together over amazing food and a shared love for farm-to-table goodness.
We specialize in crafting charcuterie and cheese boards packed with the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients (and yes, we make our own provisions, too!). Whether it’s a cozy night in or a big celebration, our boards are designed to wow your guests and keep them talking long after the party’s over.
